5k Run/Walk for Autism Awareness – Hunting for the Missing Pieces

TIME: Starts at 8:30 A.M.
Registration at 8:00 A.M.
PLACE: Morgan City, Louisiana
MCJHS Stadium
COURSE: 5000 meters (3.1 miles) starts at MCJHS Stadium
ELIGIBILITY: 5k Run/Walk for Autism Awareness is for all runners, walkers, and race walkers. All entrants must fill out entry form completely and sign waiver below. Incomplete forms will not be accepted.
NO ROLLER BLADES

$25.00 (all after 3/1/12 or Race Day)

Postmark by 3/1/2012. in the event of a cancellation due to weather, no refunds will be given. Race numbers will not be mailed.

At location until race time.
AWARDS/PRIZES:
Overall 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places
1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers in each age group for male/female
Age Groups: 13 and under; 14 – 24; 25 – 34; 35 – 44; 45 – 54; 55 – 64; and 65 – up. In addition, an award will be given to the youngest and oldest finishers.
NOTE: All registered finishers are eligible for an award. It is very important to turn in the scoring tag.
AWARD CEREMONY: After race completion.
POST RACE PARTY: Complimentary food and refreshments for runners and walkers will be provided. Activities for the kids will also be provided.

Please find attached an order form and samples for the "Kids Posters" for the 4th Annual Hunting for the Missing Pieces 5k Event. These posters will be displayed at the track on the day of the 5k event. Then, you will be able to take them home as a keepsake. They are $30 each.
You will have to fill out the attached form and follow the directions on it to send in your payment and your picture.
The samples shown have different background colors. You may choose whichever color you want your child's poster to be in.
Please note the deadlines on the form - NO EXCEPTIONS. They will need to ALL be printed together.
